Np208 Vs Np231, Jul 3, 2004 · This gave me a great opportunity to swap in the jeep NP208 I had picked up. May 25, 2007 · I used a FSJ NP208, but I have it behind the TF727 from the Wagoneer also. . NP231 transfer cases are not all the same. Anyone know if the SYE from the 208 would fit in the 231 and if so what modifications would need to be done to make it work.
