Have you edited any config files for the game itself, or set anything in the driver, to disable anisotropic filtering or bilinear/trilinear texture filtering? Note that when people say to put things on 'standard' and disable extra effects, they don't mean to disable texture filtering and the like. It's because you drastically reduced the amount of light getting to your camera with two parts of the exposure triangle: by reducing the aperture to a pinhole, and using a super fast shutter speed.
